Lifting your breasts means turning some of the fat in them into muscle. You should work out on machines that are for your upper chest and within time, your breasts will be firmer and tighter. This will cause a lift in them…save yourself the money and pain of surgery and just go to the gym about 3-4 times a week for about 3 weeks and do this. I hope you get the results that you are looking for. This helped me!
Strengthening the muscles surrounding and under the breasts can give a more lifted appearance. It takes time and effort; you may not see a big difference for at least a couple months. Depends on how hard you work.
Up side is that your arms, back and other areas will get stronger and appear leaner also. Go to a gym, ask the trainer to set you up with a program and have him/her work with you a few sessions so that you learn proper form and how to work and isolate those muscles. It will probably cost a few bucks but much less than plastic surgery and well worth the minimal expense to prevent injury to a shoulder, arm or elbow. You will start out slow and with light weights and gradually increase both in weight and the number of reps.

Temporary solution would be things like wire bras. Only plastic surgery will do anything permanent.

you know what, rather than excercise… MASSAGE THEM! builds up the muscle, and isn’t a bother.
