I know that brazil has the best surgeons mostly trained by Yvo Pitangy but could other countries such as India or Bolivia offer the same quality? My budget being limited, I want to get the cheapest one but don’t want to be botched. I am concerned about the after care, the safety of the country, the ethic of the doctors and staff and, of course, the quality of the results.
